We had a great meal the Caledonian Inn. Sat in the restaurant, but the food was the same in the bar and came from same kitchen so that would not have changed. We had the seafood platter. Oyster's, scallops, prawns, 2 types of fish (the battered flake was unbelievably good), calamari. We also chose to add a half crayfish to it which was wonderful. It was all so fresh, tasty and plenty of it. We were pushed to get through it all. Service by the team was friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend and glad we went.

We recently ate here in the beer garden, as all the tables were fully booked inside. We found our own table ( which was pretty grotty from the previous customers) but after wiping it down ourselves we had a fantastic meal of fish and chips- the best I’ve ever tasted. Absolutely perfect, with a small side of salad. Very nice lemon lime and bitters too.

We drove 2 hours to have lunch with friends we hadn't seen for awhile. They chose the pub, as they live there. We went around the back where they had table and chairs under umbrellas. We headed up the stairs where there are a couple of tables and a view of the ocean. There are also toilets up there. Drinks and food has to be order down stairs. The service was quick, but there were only a couple other tables used.The food was tasty and reasonably priced. If you like my ratings, please follow me..

**Beach Cafe - Give the steak an extremely wide birth. Steak 3/10, fish and chips 6.5/10, souvlaki 5/10 Really nice sitting in the sun out the back in the beer garden just very below average food. The salad that came with the steak topped it off. Chunks of yesterdays pair, yesterdays lettuce and some bits of Parmesan 👌🏼

Had a fantastic dinner here on our one night stopover in Robe. Absolutely loved the seafood and the very nice staff. We’ll be back whenever life brings us back to these shores. Thanks so much and cheers from Germany.

We have visited this pub twice for dinner - food is great and extra good is the steak ! The waitress Jaz is amazing so helpful friendly and enjoys a good laugh - which is great ! Great service food and value for money - best place to eat in Robe for sure I have the steak the first time which was great and the 2nd visit I asked for a slight variation which was happily accommodated - the lamb cutlets were fabulous There are 6 in our group and everyone enjoyed their meals - the food and vibe really great and well worth a visit ! In fact I highly recommend it as a really good place to eat in Robe Only tiny small suggestion - as 95% fabulous was we called for a drink after a meal and there were a lot of children in the public bar ….maybe beer garden was a better place for crying children etc maybe not a place for them (a parent thing perhaps) Overall great place and food really good - very helpful and friendly ! Thanks we will come back again on our next visit

Stopped into this lovely pub for dinner. It was busy when we went in so we sat outside, but some tables opened up inside when people went into the restaurant. We got the veggie schnitzels which were nice, some of the chips were a little under done but otherwise it was good.

We had lunch, didn't realise it was served from a food van outside. We were with a large group & we ordered less than 5 minutes apart, but our meals came out an hour apart. They didn't ask if there were more on our table & our empty plates sat around for a long time & we ended up clearing them ourselves.
